For Roy as he starts work as a tutor at St John's, meeting on Monday afternoon, Wednesday morning and Friday afternoon for an hour with his tutor group.

Monday

For the project with the Shaftesbury Society as each department considers how it can work out its Christian distinctives

Tuesday

For the book being written with Lion Hudson, that Roy will have clarity as well as a high quality of writing and bring the book to a conclusion speedily.

Wednesday

For the finances of the Kingdom Trust, especially this winter, that God would provide so that the trustees are not put under pressure.

Thursday

Roy is Chair of Third Way magazine which has recently been experiencing financial difficulties, hopefully in the short term. Pray for those but also that Third Way might reach an ever-widening audience.

Friday

For the family, not only for Roy and Helen but for Joanna in Brighton, Lauren as she leaves for her gap year and Lizzie on her work experience course in Nottingham. Pray also for Roy's mother, who lives close to them, in her mid-eighties and Helen's mother and father who are moving close to Roy and Helen and who are both experiencing ill health at the moment.

Saturday

Roy's preaching several times over the autumn in various churches. Do pray for good preparation and clarity, that it will be of real help to people in the working week.
